All artworks and editions are carefully packaged and shipped from France. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, size, and nature of the artwork. We ship worldwide using professional carriers. Each shipment is insured and comes with a tracking number.
Orders are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days but we reserve the rights for extended processing time provided a valid reason.

Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Each artwork is unique and handled with the utmost care.Purchases of original artworks or limited editions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defect or damage during shipping. For any claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including supporting photos. Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs, unless the fault is ours, are the responsibility of the customer.
